Can anyone tell me if the hydraulic systems are still in place for the turrets and if they are in a condition where they could be re activated.

Interesting question, be interesting to know, I am pretty sure the feed trays, at the back have drill .303 rounds in them, so stands to reason with that much detail they may well be working.
The hydraulics for the gun turrets in PA474 are not currently functional; the turrets have to be turned manually. For the future almost anything is possible, but it's a question of priorities.
