BBMF Visitor Centre – Christmas and New Year closure

The RAF BBMF hangar will be closed to visitors for the Christmas and New Year period from Saturday 18th December 2021 to Sunday 9th January 2022 inclusive, re-opening for hangar tours on Monday 10th January. The Visitor Centre exhibition area and shop will re-open on Monday 4th January 2022.

Tours of the BBMF hangar can be booked online via the BBMF Visitor Centre website which is recommended to be sure of your space on a tour. Tours are also available to visitors who walk in to the Centre as long as space remains.

Outside of the Christmas and New Year closure dates the BBMF Visitor Centre is open Monday to Friday from 10am to 5pm, excluding Bank Holidays. Free parking is available. The Visitor Centre is fully accessible but the hangar is accessible for manual wheelchairs only. Hangar tours begin at 10.30am. The last tour is at 3pm from November to February and 3.30pm from March to October. Hangar tours are free to members of the RAF Memorial Flight Official Club on production of a valid membership card on arrival. Admission charges apply to non-members.
