Win a set of Avro Lancaster cufflinks
For this month’s Club members’ ballot prize, we’re giving away a stunning set of limited edition Avro Lancaster cufflinks made from material from PA474 worth £250.
We will randomly select one Club member to win the cufflinks.
About the Avro Lancaster cufflinks
The cufflinks were made by TMB Art, a small London based company dedicated to producing provenance items like sculptures and cufflinks. Their products incorporate material originating from the iconic subject that the item represents.
Of over 7,000 Lancasters built during World War 2, only two remain airworthy. These cufflinks are made from aluminium originating from one of these survivors – PA474, the Lancaster owned and operated by the BBMF.
On 7th May 2015 PA474 suffered an in-flight engine fire which caused damage to the aluminium engine nacelle which had to be replaced. This material was later acquired by TMB for use in crafting products from the famous Lancaster.
This is a chance to win an amazing part of BBMF history worth £250 which will make a great talking point when you wear them.
