Win a Sparkling Afternoon Tea at the Petwood Hotel
This month, you could win an afternoon tea and glass of Prosecco for two at the Petwood Hotel in Lincolnshire. The Petwood was the home of the RAF 617 ‘Dambusters’ Squadron during the Second World War and is very close to the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight’s Visitor Centre, so you could combine the prize with a visit to see the BBMF’s aircraft.
Don’t forget that if you are a member of the RAF Memorial Flight Club, you can claim a free tour of the aircraft hangar whenever you visit by showing your membership card. Please make sure you check the opening times on the BBMF Visitor Centre’s website before visiting.
How to enter the ballot
All current members of the RAF Memorial Flight Club have been automatically entered into this month’s ballot. If you’re not already a member, please join the Club by 31st December 2019.
As well as being entered into this month’s prize draw, you’ll also receive a Club membership pack. Members can claim free aircraft hangar tours at the BBMF Visitor Centre, they will receive our Club magazine, published twice a year, and will receive monthly e-newsletters with content exclusive to Club members.

About the prize
The Petwood Hotel has kindly donated a Sparkling Afternoon Tea for two people, worth £46. The prize includes a glass of Prosecco, sandwiches, homemade scone with clotted cream and strawberry preserve, a shortbread finger and a selection of sweet treats, served with a choice of tea or coffee. Take tea on the Terrace in summer, or cosied up by the Drawing Room fire in winter; it is a treat to be enjoyed at any time of the year.
Rich with history and a beautiful 30-acre setting, the Petwood offers delicious, locally sourced food and warm, friendly service. It makes the ideal base for exploring Lincolnshire and its aviation heritage sites.
