Members' Day 2024

Update: Monday 9 September

With more tickets now available, we have raised the number of tickets each Club member can buy. So if you already have four but would like more, please log back into the website and buy some more. Please bear in mind that this is a non refundable event should it be cancelled due to bad weather.

Please ensure you put the names of the people using the tickets on them (rather than your own name on each ticket) and add a free parking space to your order if you need one.

If you have already got tickets and realised you did not add a free parking space to your order, please log into the site again and select a free parking space and check out even though the space is free of charge.

Update: Thursday 8 August

More tickets for Members' Day have become available. At the moment tickets are still limited to four per Club member so if you have already bought four tickets you cannot buy any more at this time.

All Club members will have received details of how to purchase tickets online. If you are a Club member and do not have this information please contact us by email at [email protected]

Please bear in mind that this is a non refundable event should it be cancelled due to bad weather.

Update: Friday 14 June

We have had a few queries from Club members who are unsure where to find their tickets for the event, please note that they would have been attached to the confirmation email you would have received from Event Brite when you booked.

However if you have changed a name on a ticket since then, please see the web page below from Event Brite for some helpful information on where to find your updated ticket:

Update: Wednesday 12 June

Our tickets for Members' Day have now sold out. Should any more tickets become available, we will email all Club members to let them know.

Due to the limitation on numbers, the event will be oversubscribed and is therefore offered as a bonus opportunity for members rather than as a guaranteed benefit of membership so we are sorry if you were unsuccessful in getting tickets this year.

Update: Wednesday 15 May

An email has gone out to all Club members detailing information about Members' Day 2024 and how the ticket buying process will work.

Tickets will be £10 plus an additional booking fee of £1.55, so a total of £11.55.

The email includes a link to the ticket buying website and the code you will need to be able to access ticket sales when they go on sale on Wednesday 12 June at 10am (UK time).
